These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to any purchase you make from Aram CBD & Wellness via this website.

By placing an order you confirm you are aged 18 or over, and that you have read, understood and accepted these T&Cs.

We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at any time; the version in force at the time of your order will apply.

 

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Aram CBD & Wellness. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason (including product or pricing errors, regulatory concerns, or suspected fraud).

Once your payment has been authorised and your order accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. At this point a contract is formed between you and Aram CBD & Wellness.

 

Pricing & payment

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of UK VAT (if applicable) and valid at the time of order.

Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order, via the payment methods displayed.

We reserve the right to amend prices or withdraw products at any time before your order is confirmed.

 

Cancellation & returns

You have the right to cancel your order before dispatch and receive a full refund.

After dispatch, you may return unopened products within 14 days for a refund, subject to the products being returned in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Products opened or used cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To return a product, please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorisation.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product and in the same payment method as you used to purchase.

 

Faulty products

If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence.

We will arrange to replace the product at no further cost or issue a full refund.

 

Shipping liability

Risk in the goods passes to you when we deliver the products to the address you have provided (or to the carrier in the case of drop‑off).

Title (ownership) remains with Aram CBD & Wellness until we have received full payment.

 

Use‑of‑site / intellectual property

All content on the Aram CBD & Wellness website (text, images, trademarks, logos) is owned by Aram CBD & Wellness or used with permission and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

You may only use site content for personal, non‑commercial use and must not reproduce, duplicate, distribute or exploit it without our prior written permission.

 

Limitation of liability

Subject to applicable UK law, Aram CBD & Wellness’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the defective product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profit, loss of business).

Nothing in these T&Cs will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

 

Governing law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

 

Privacy & data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

By placing an order you consent to us using your information for order fulfilment, delivery, marketing (if you have opted in) and other legitimate business purposes.
