Free delivery & timeframe 

Aram CBD & Wellness offers free shipping on all standard UK orders.

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre via DHL (or a DHL‑approved courier) and will arrive within 1‑2 working days after dispatch (next‑day service wherever available).

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after our daily cutoff time (e.g., 3pm) may be treated as placed on the next business day.

 

Dispatch & tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation by email and a tracking number once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Please ensure delivery address details are accurate and provide a safe delivery location or alternative instructions if required.

 

International shipping / restrictions

Currently we ship to UK mainland only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) unless otherwise indicated on the website.

Some products may be subject to regional restrictions or regulatory requirements; if shipping outside the UK, please contact our Customer Service for details.

 

Missing / delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our Customer Service with your order number and tracking details.

We will liaise with the carrier to trace or replace the parcel where appropriate.

Please note that once the carrier confirms delivery to the specified address, liability passes to the recipient unless otherwise agreed.
