Delivery

We dispatch from the UK. Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same day.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email info@aramcbd.co.uk with your order number and we’ll chase it.

Returns

The short version: 30 days, unopened, seal intact, full refund.

• You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We extend this to 30 days as goodwill.
• Because Aram products are food supplements, returned items must be unopened with the tamper seal intact. Once a supplement is unsealed we can’t resell it, and food-safety rules mean we can’t accept it back — this is the standard exception for sealed goods under UK consumer law.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are different: we’ll refund or replace them whether opened or not, and we’ll cover the return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return, usually sooner.
• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service, as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

How to start a return

1. Email info@aramcbd.co.uk with your order number and what you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with confirmation and the return address.
3. Post the item back unopened. Keep your proof of postage.
4. We’ll confirm receipt and process your refund within 14 days, usually much faster.
